Responsibilities

  • Source healthcare candidates in the physician, nursing and allied health professionals space
  • Effectively recruit, screen, interview and assess qualified candidates to fill open positions
  • Make decisions regarding placement of talent based on qualifications and phone interviews
  • Negotiate and establish pay rates and bill rates
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with candidates, AMs and VMS/MSP partners on a regular basis to assess business needs, requirements, performance and overall satisfaction with Randstad's service levels
  • Must meet daily, weekly and monthly targets

 

Compensation

  • Strong base salary
  • Monthly commission (no cap/draw)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of business experience in sales required; recruiting experience a plus
  • Healthcare industry sales or knowledge a plus
